Who we are

The Weight We Share is a veteran-led fundraising initiative dedicated to raising awareness and support for veterans’ services and men’s mental health. Our team is made up of serving personnel, veterans, and supporters who are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health while honouring those we have lost along the way.

These events will help transform personal struggle into collective strength. Through teamwork, remembrance, and physical endurance, we want to create a platform for open conversations about mental health-conversations that challenge stigma and save lives.

Our Goals:

-Raise Awareness: Generate national media coverage highlighting veteran and men's mental health issues.

-Raise Funds: Support charities providing critical mental health services and veteran support.

-Build Community: Create lasting connections between all those involved, to create another support system to assist anyone in need.

-Inspire Action: Encourage men to seek help and communities to provide better support.
